#10 Trinity Seven

With the destruction of his hometown, caused by the “Breakdown Phenomenon” all is but lost for Arata Kasuga. However, by wielding the power of the magical grimoire bestowed to him by his childhood friend, Hijiri, his world gets reconstructed artificially. One day at school, he suddenly gets a visitor in the face of Asami Lilith and his artificial world suddenly disappears. She gives Arata two choices: hand over his grimoire or die. But, he chooses the third option as he decides to enroll in the top-secret magic school, Royal Biblia Academy, where alongside Lilith, six other eccentric magic users known as the trinity seven await him, ready to make his life much more interesting than ever before. Intending to bring back Hijiri and to prevent the destruction of his beloved hometown, Arata decides to give his all. However, his interaction with the Trinity Seven gets even more interesting Thanks to his perverted nature.

Seeing it as a good opportunity for his first step towards achieving his ultimate goal, Rio is excited to study and learn more about magic, however, life there proves to be very challenging as a slum-dweller who is surrounded by the children of nobles who do not appreciate his presence at all.

Staz Charlie is an authoritative vampire who rules the southern half of the Demon Realm. Rumors say he is a bloodthirsty and ruthless monster but in reality, he is just your average otaku who is obsessed with Japanese culture and does not care one bit about anything else (My Man!). Leaving the administration of his district to his henchmen, he spends his days consuming anime manga, and games. One day out of a sudden, he encounters Fuyumi Yanagi, a human girl from Japan that ended up getting stuck in the Demon World due to a portal. Otaku-obsessed Staz is ecstatic after finding her and is immediately love-struck. However, before he has any time to be entranced, his territory is soon attacked which results in the abrupt death of Fuyumi who is reduced to a wandering ghost. Staz decides to bring her back to life at all costs with a side goal to travel to Japan which has always been something he has dreamt of.

#7 Amagi Brilliant Park

A narcissist to the bone, Kanie Seiya is suddenly approached by Isuzu Sento who invites him on a date to the Amagi Brilliant Park at literal gunpoint! To which he is unable to say no. Upon reaching, Kanie finds out that not only is the place a run-down facility, but the supposed date is also merely a recruitment tour where he meets Princess Latifa, the owner of the Park. She asks Kanie to become the new manager of the theme park as due to different circumstances the park was on the verge of closing down. After coming across the surprising fact about the employees being mysterious magical beings called Maple Landers, who are nourished by the energy created by human emotions, he is quickly won over. With the huge responsibility of bringing Amagi back to its former glory, Seiya must work to the best of his abilities or watch the park crumble right before his own eyes.

#6 Mairimashita! Iruma-kun

Thanks to his irresponsible parents, 14-year-old Iruma Suzuki has led a miserable life. On top of that, he discovers that his parents sold him to a demon named Sullivan. Iruma is horrified upon finding that, however, he is relieved to find that Sullivan merely wishes for a grandchild who he can pamper and spoil. Soon after, he is sent to the demon school Babyls where he starts his school life anew. In fear of the demons finding out that he is human, he tries to keep a low profile but instead ends up attracting even more attention. It turns out that Sullivan himself is the chairman of Babyls and a candidate to be the next Demon King. On his first day, he ends up chanting a forbidden spell in front of the entire school with which he earns a reputation overnight. With that, he is bound to run into more bizarre circumstances in the future.

Forced by his sister into playing a dating simulator, our main character puts up a gruesome session in order to complete the game which is set in a matriarchy. Despite finding the game extremely revolting, he ends up spending several days to finally complete it. However, this grind of his comes at a cost of extreme sleep deprivation and hunger. He then decides to head to the convenience store to get something to eat and drink, but ends up tumbling from the stairs and falls to his death. Upon waking up he realizes he has been reincarnated as a mob character named Fou Bartfort, into the game he was playing. Trapped in the world he loathes, Leon must use his knowledge of the game to navigate the plot and ensure his survival. However, his most gruesome task turns out to be finding a spouse for himself because women of the world only marry men with high status. Hence his struggles continue to find a suitable match amongst the very seductive ladies at the academy.

#4 Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor

The Aizano Empire is home to the Aizano Imperial Magic Academy which boasts the reputation of being the best magic school in the world. Determined to go through competitive training in order to be top-class magicians, Sistine Fibel and Rumia Tingel attend the academy with high hopes. However, soon after enrollment they find out their favorite teacher suddenly retires and is replaced by the Mystifying Glenn Radars. His loafy and indifferent attitude towards life and magic puts him at odds against his class, especially Sistine who is incredibly stern in these aspects. With Glenn’s goofy attitude towards his class, every day becomes a comedy and every encounter is an “enticing” one. All the while, evil forces hidden within the empire start to become active, catching Glenn and his students up in their schemes.

With Bell still being a rookie, even survival on the first floor is a hard-earned privilege. Following his encounter with the majestic Aiz, his goal remains the same, but now for a different reason, to “Pick up” the love of his life “in a dungeon”. Heh, I had to. Despite all the challenges and uncertainties, an adventure filled with blunders, triumphs, and friendships eagerly awaits Bell as he rises up the ranks to become the greatest adventurer the world has ever seen!

In the dawn of the modern era, magic has become a systematized technology and is taught as a technical skill all around the world. In First High School, students are divided into two major groups based on their entrance exam scores. “Blooms” are those who receive high scores meanwhile “Weeds” on the other hand are reserved students who receive a second course. Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba are siblings who enroll in First High School but upon taking the test Miyuki gets assigned to the first course and Tatsuya ends up in the second. Although his test results may suggest he is magically inept, he possesses extraordinary technical knowledge, combat abilities, and unique techniques. The bizarre mixture of abilities makes Tatsuya the irregular at magic high school which turns his life super chaotic, especially due to him being the center of every girl’s attention. Which his sister really does not appreciate one bit of. ( I wonder why….)

After leaving a Convenience store, Natsuki Subaru finds the scenery around him magically changing as he gets teleported to a fantasy world. Shocked by the abrupt recent development, he gets no time to settle as a band of thugs soon make this worse. Totally unarmed and vulnerable, poor Subaru is badly beaten. However, thanks to a passing maiden, Satella, who in pursuit of her stolen insignia, catches the eye of the act and ends up saving him. To show his gratitude, Subaru offers to help in her search, and later that night both are able to locate what they were looking for. But both are unaware of the danger ahead, as a dark force stalks them from the shadows. Minutes after locating the Insignia, both are brutally murdered. However, Subaru immediately reawakens in a familiar place, with the same scene repeating itself after him. The mystery only gets deeper as Subaru keeps dying and re-spawning some time earlier, as if it’s a games last savepoint.
